Tigran Dokholyan TD.jpg14.62 KB Tigran Dokholyan serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at ARFIN UCO. Over the past seven years, he has been the Managing Partner of Credit Consult, where he previously contributed as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager for Central Asia from 2009 to 2011.
Tigran Dokholyan held pivotal roles at UNIBANK, including Corporate Business Development and Sales Director. His extensive expertise also includes roles as a Trainer and Consultant at the Microfinance Centre (MFC) and as a Training Manager at FINCA Armenia from 2008 to 2012.
Tigran holds Microfinance and SME Finance expert certifications from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, as well as a bachelor degree of Armenian State Engeneering University.

Petros Adamyan 8cd64bcb71016762c9eb839be1f1f6ef (1).jpg17.83 KB Petros Adamyan has been a member of the Board of Directors at ARFIN since 2023. He is the Co-Owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atenk LTD, leading two large factories and multiple brand stores across Armenia and Georgia. Additionally, Mr. Adamyan is the Co-Founder of Adamium LLC, an import and distribution company. He has also initiated and implemented several notable business projects throughout his career.
Mr. Adamyan holds a Master's in Mechanics from Yerevan State University, class of 1995.

Artak Meliksetyan Artak (3).jpg12.16 KB Artak Meliksetyan joined the Board of Directors of ARFIN in 2023. Currently he is holding a position of CFO at Volo. Previously, he managed the direction of Corporate and MSME business development - in various financial institutions, including Ardshinbank CJSC, Byblos Bank in Armenia, VTB bank and ProCredit banks.. As a senior bank advisor, Mr. Meliksetyan worked in the IPC GmbH and within the framework of the German- Armenian Fund program, he also closely cooperated with private sector clients.
His earlier career includes public sector experience as a Leading Specialist at the Securities Exchange Commission under the Ministry of Economy.

Karine Sarikssian

She is the CEO of Zinapah – National Foundation of Servicemen Insurance. From 2019 to 2022, she led the American Business Chamber of Armenia. Her career includes multiple top-level positions in companies such as Coca-Cola Company and Johnson & Johnson, reaching the position of Country Manager for Armenia and Georgia in both companies.
Prior to this, Ms. Sarkissian worked with the UN World Food Programme and the United Methodists Committee on Relief (UMCOR). She was also the Marketing Director of the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra.
Ms. Sarkissian obtained an MBA from the American University of Armenia in 1993 and continued her education at the Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University, graduating with a Master’s in Management.

Marine Gouchian Marine-Gouchian.jpg13.72 KB Marine Gouchian joined ARFIN as a member of the Board of Directors in 2023, contributing with significant professional insight. From 2003 to 2005, she served as a Manager at Ernst & Young LLP Palo Alto office, overseeing assurance audit engagements for Fortune 500 companies. Expanding her expertise to the international market in 2005, she became a Senior Manager of Corporate Internal Audit at Safeway Inc. in California. With over ten years of valuable experience there, she later joined Arc Document Solutions as the Director of Internal Audit in 2015 and continues to hold this position presently.
Ms. Ghoushcian holds an MBA in Finance from the American University of Armenia. She has both CPA (CA inactive) and CIA (CA inactive) certifications.
