Ararat's expertise spans across various domains including payment cards operations, corporate business development, and SME banking. His significant achievements include the successful implementation of large-scale projects and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Ararat holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance/Accounting from the American University of Armenia and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management of Enterprises from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Marine Darbinyan
Marine Darbinyan currently serves as Chief Accountant at ARFIN UCO. She holds similar positions at Lichkvaz CJSC, Natural Resources Management CJSC, and MyCredit UCO LLC since 2021. Additionally, Ms. Darbinyan serves as a controller at Micro Kapital Armenia UCO CJSC.
Her extensive professional track record includes a notable tenure at GoodCredit UCO CJSC from 2010 to 2020. Starting as a Credit Officer, she climbed the career ladder to become Chief Accountant, a position she held for over six years.
Davit Poghosyan has been an integral part of the ARFIN team since 2010, starting as a Loan Officer. His commitment and advancement within the organization led him to take on roles as the Head of the Loan Department and, ultimately, Deputy CEO at ARFIN, a position he has held for over eight years now.
Mr. Poghosyan is a Yerevan State Economic University graduate specializing in World Economy.
